Description
Westfield Central School District is soliciting sealed bids for Contract #123, General Trades Work, for the reconstruction of Westfield Academy under the district’s 2026–2027 Capital Project. Work must comply with the architect’s drawings and specifications, New York State Labor Department prevailing wage requirements, and stated employment conditions. Bids must include either a certified check or bid bond for at least 10% of the base bid. The district will hold bid prices for 45 days after opening and reserves the right to reject any or all bids. There is no scheduled pre-bid conference or contractor walk-through, although bidders may contact the site representative to arrange advance site access.
