Description
The City of Plano is seeking qualifications to design a new east-west Type D minor arterial roadway connection between K Avenue and Jupiter Road to support anticipated development. The scope includes roadway paving, medians, turn lanes, intersections, a proposed roundabout, on-street parking, roadway stub-out connections, water and wastewater infrastructure, storm drainage improvements, and a bridge crossing over Brown Branch. The project will be completed in two phases, with improvements designed and constructed separately by the City and the developer.
