Description
The United States Marine Corps is soliciting quotations for three Marimba One 4.6-octave marimbas, model 9649, and three Marimba One 3-octave vibraphones, model 9031. The instruments must meet detailed salient characteristics, including specified dimensions, ranges, materials, resonators, adjustable gas-spring height systems, accessory bars, locking casters, pitch, weight limits, and other mechanical features. Custom engraving is optional. The requirement is brand-name specific to Marimba One and includes delivery, with delivery charges included in the item price and FOB destination terms. Quotes must demonstrate compliance with the salient characteristics, specify the soonest possible delivery date, and satisfy the stated country-of-origin requirements. Award will consider price and other factors, including satisfactory past performance evaluated through the Supplier Performance Risk System; SPRS scores rated yellow or red are unacceptable.
