Description
Humble Independent School District is establishing an approved-vendor pool for performing arts needs across its Fine Arts departments and campuses. The rolling solicitation covers theatrical equipment and supplies; musical instruments and accessories; electronic sound, public-address, recording, and music-system equipment; performing arts equipment, product, and supply rentals or leases; and associated services. The district is also seeking musical-instrument repair, service, and routine maintenance providers. Relevant capabilities include woodwind, brass, stringed-instrument, piano, and harp work, along with estimating, work-order and invoice processes, customer service, pickup and delivery coordination, warranty support, and a normal-school-term repair turnaround of seven calendar days or less. Responders may propose by category and must provide applicable pricing discounts, catalogs or price lists, and supporting experience information. Multiple vendors may be awarded, with purchases made on an as-needed basis and no guaranteed volume.
