Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting catalog-based bids for sheet music, music software, and music supplies. Vendors must submit catalog titles or online catalog URLs and the percentage discount offered from list price; a catalog or price list is required for consideration. Awards may be made by individual item, and multiple vendors may be selected. The resulting contract is effective from March 1, 2027, through February 29, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. Vendors must identify their service regions, complete the required certifications and forms, agree to the cooperative's terms, and pay a $50 nonrefundable administrative fee. Awarded vendors must honor catalog pricing, support member purchases, maintain product availability, and remit a 2% participation fee on member sales.
