Description
Peel District School Board is seeking vendors to supply and deliver new musical instruments for elementary and secondary school music programs on an as-required basis. The extensive product list covers brass, woodwind, string, keyboard, Orff, classroom/world percussion, and concert percussion instruments, along with related accessories. Specified core products are identified by brand and model; alternatives may be proposed with complete specifications and supporting materials, subject to the Board’s determination that they are comparable and offer an economic benefit. Products must be delivered fully assembled and ready for use, and the supplier is responsible for pre-assembly, delivery, customer service, order handling, and product-life-cycle support. Awards may be made to multiple suppliers on an instrument-by-instrument basis, with no guaranteed purchase volume. The agreement begins upon execution and runs through December 31, 2027, with two optional two-year extensions. The estimated annual contract value is CAD $150,000, provided as a reference only and not a guaranteed spend.
