The U.S. Navy is soliciting offers for the manufacture and supply of lower stems identified by reference numbers 140-205-040-661-001 and D641-30BITEM4, associated with CAGE code 04613. The item must meet the specified design, marking, packaging, inspection, and quality requirements, including MIL-STD-129, MIL-STD-2073, ISO 9001, and mercury-free material requirements for submarine and surface-ship use. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered. Non-manufacturers must submit proof of authorized distribution from the original equipment manufacturer.
