Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for eight packages of sterile gauze bandages, NSN 6510-00-582-7993. Each package must contain 12 individually sealed bandages measuring 3 inches by 180 inches, folded to six-ply, clinging, and suitable for securing dressings or use as burn or surgical dressing material. The supplies must have a 36-month shelf life, with no more than five months elapsed between manufacture and delivery. Commercial packaging, medical marking, applicable DLA packaging requirements, and delivery FOB destination are required. The requested delivery period is 20 days after award, with delivery to Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho.
