Description
The Princeton Electric Plant Board is soliciting bids for the design, construction, supply, and delivery of air-break switch assemblies and related distribution equipment to improve electrical-grid resilience. The required equipment includes eight Eaton Cooper Power M-Force three-phase switches or equivalents, twelve Eaton Cooper Power disconnect switches or equivalents, 65 MacLean polymer cutouts or equivalents, and specified quantities of 6K, 8K, 10K, and 30K fuse links. The equipment must be suitable for 15.5 kV distribution systems, meet NESC and applicable ASTM, NEC, and NFPA requirements, and include delivery and unloading at the Board's facility. The bid must include all-inclusive pricing, an estimated lead time, BABA domestic-content compliance, and required certifications and supporting information. Deliverables include factory test certifications, two copies of operating manuals, and a confirmation that the equipment meets applicable standards. The solicitation also requires portal-submitted certifications, active SAM registration evidence, references, and a contractor capacity and experience statement; the EEC-003 BABA certificate is identified as a post-award or contract-execution submission rather than a bid-time requirement.
