Description
The Bureau of Land Management's Royal Gorge District Office is seeking a contractor to perform a Class III cultural resource survey covering approximately 2,300 acres in Colorado. The work includes identifying, recording, and evaluating cultural resources for potential eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places; compiling cultural and paleontological data; supporting resource management; and satisfying the agency's Section 106 obligations under the National Historic Preservation Act. The purchase order will be a firm-fixed-price agreement with two lump-sum payments. Deliverables include the required survey and evaluation reports, site and isolated-find documentation, maps, photographs, and GIS data. The period of performance is September 15, 2026, through September 15, 2027. This is a full-and-open RFQ and is not set aside for small businesses.
