Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two packages of sterile, hardwood tongue depressors, NSN 6515-01-305-5120, unit of issue package. The item must conform to the stated description and applicable medical, quality, shelf-life, packaging, and marking requirements, including a 60-month non-extendable shelf life and FDA regulation. The quotation is for a supply item with delivery FOB destination within 20 days after order. Commercial packaging is required, and shipments must be properly sealed, protected, marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1, and delivered using the specified shipping instructions.
