Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking domestic A-dec dental equipment for eight new operatories and a dental laboratory at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. The requirement includes eight 511 dental chairs, eight 532 traditional delivery systems, eight rear-mount adjustable arms, eight 572L LED lights, eight monitor mounts with arms, eight Oregon carts, eight doctors' stools, eight assistants' stools, compressors, vacuum systems, vacuum kits, stacking and fresh-air intake kits, transformers, water safety valves, electrical controls, an amalgam separator, and freight. The equipment must be new OEM goods; remanufactured and gray-market items are not acceptable. Offerors must be the OEM, an authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller and provide documentation preserving OEM warranty and service. Delivery and installation must occur after September 1, 2026, and before October 30, 2026, with coordination with Dental Service. Award will be made on an all-or-nothing, firm-fixed-price basis to the responsible conforming offeror offering the lowest evaluated price. Quotes must include completed pricing, the required representations and certifications, the Buy American Certificate, and the VA Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products.
