Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to connect a private home at 2504 E 53rd Ave, Spokane, WA to the City of Spokane water system. The project includes abandoning two underperforming wells, installing approximately 75 linear feet of 1-inch HDPE water service line, sawcutting and removing asphalt, excavating and backfilling a 5-foot deep trench, installing a pressure regulating valve, replacing the road section to city standards, and restoring the site. The contractor is responsible for all permits, including the Department of Ecology Notice of Intent, and must coordinate with the City of Spokane Water Department. The project is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 237110 (Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction) with an estimated magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is 30 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
