Description
The State of Nevada Public Works Division is soliciting bids for the installation of an exterior campus sculpture. The project, identified as SPWD Project No. 23-C36-16(V), will take place at 7 State of Nevada Way, Las Vegas, NV 89119. The estimated construction cost for the base bid is $197,328.10. Bidders must be qualified by the State Public Works Division prior to the bid opening. Additionally, the successful bidder must have current vendor registration with the Nevada State Controller's Office and NEVADAePro before contract award, a process that may take up to 30 days. Bids will be accepted during the registration period, but contract execution is contingent upon completed registrations. Plans and specifications are available for viewing and download via the 'Bid Advertisements' link on the Nevada State Public Works Division website at http://publicworks.nv.gov/Bids/Bid_Advertisements/. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged and will be held on July 1, 2026, at 8:30 AM local time at 7 State of Nevada Way, Las Vegas, NV 89119. The bid opening is scheduled for July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time, with both an online bid opening meeting link and an online bid upload location provided.
