Description
The City of Tampa is seeking pricing to refinish three rusted rolloff containers, both inside and outside. The work includes removing loose paint and dirt to SSPC-2 standards, spot blasting rusted surfaces to SSPC-6 commercial blast standards, taping or protecting items as needed, spot priming bare areas, striping welds and seams, full priming, and applying a finish coat. The specified coating system is Sherwin-Williams Macropoxy 646 primer at 3–5 mils dry film thickness and Sherwin-Williams Acrolon at 1–3 mils dry film thickness. Containers will be picked up from and returned to 7213 S. Manhattan Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33616. Quotes must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal.
