Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking five low-carbon, cold-rolled steel sheets, commercial quality, approximately 0.1190–0.1310 inches thick, 24 inches wide, and 144 inches long, with a reference weight of 116.510 pounds per sheet. The material must conform to the stated ASTM, military, and technical-data requirements, including ASTM A1008/A1008M-25, MIL-STD-129R(3), ASTM A700-14, and SAE AMS2807C. The procurement requires a Certificate of Quality Compliance (mill-material certification) for each shipment, continuous identification markings, specified packaging and palletization, destination inspection and acceptance, and delivery FOB origin. Suppliers must comply with the Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors requirement; only listed suppliers are eligible for award unless a deviation is identified. The solicitation also states that quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
