Description
The project is a single-prime construction contract to add a standby diesel generator for backup power to an existing building. The work includes a 150 kW generator, automatic transfer switch, remote annunciator, new electrical panel, concrete generator pad, and fenced enclosure, along with associated electrical connections, site work, testing, and commissioning. The contractor must complete the work within 180 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed or Work Order.
