Description
The City seeks unit-price services performed through individual work orders on private or public properties within its corporate limits or on other City-owned properties. Work may include mowing and trimming lots; removing and disposing of trash, debris, tires, appliances, and fluids; securing structures; removing trees and brush; clearing property; trenching; constructing earthen barriers and fences; backfilling; and draining swimming pools or other sources of stagnant water. The initial contract term is one year from the date of award, with up to two optional one-year extensions. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN. The bid must include the required affidavits, proposal guarantee, and references; the proposal guarantee is 5% of the total bid. Performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds equal to the contract price are required from the successful bidder after award.
