Skagit Transit is soliciting bids for Phase 2 and Phase 3 construction and build-out of a 70,000-square-foot Maintenance, Operations, and Administration Facility. The scope includes high-bay vehicle maintenance shops, administrative offices, a bus wash facility, site work, utilities, heavy-duty asphalt paving, and stormwater management systems. The project is funded in part by the Federal Transit Administration and is subject to the requirements of Circular 4220.F. The engineer’s estimate is $25 million to $30 million. Optional pre-bid conferences and site walks are scheduled for September 30 and October 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., respectively.
