Description
Weber State University is soliciting proposals for a cloud-based virtual tour platform and related professional services. The solution must provide customizable, self-guided experiences covering the university's campuses, programs, facilities, services, and student life; support interactive maps and media; work across desktop and mobile devices; and allow nontechnical staff to maintain content with limited training. Required capabilities include 360-degree photography and videography with final media deliverables of at least 4K resolution, integration with the university's Element 451 CRM, customizable calls to action and lead capture, actionable engagement analytics, implementation assistance, and compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements. Preferred capabilities include multilingual text and audio, AI-assisted content generation or translation, and support for the Fall 2028 recruitment cycle, with the virtual tour targeted to go live by May 2027. Proposals must include a technical response, separate cost proposal, financial reports, security and privacy documentation, a completed VPAT, a completed Educause HECVAT Full Questionnaire or equivalent security attestation, and at least three higher-education references. The cost proposal must be submitted separately using Attachment A.
