Description
North East Independent School District is seeking proposals for commercial culinary-kitchen appliances, residential kitchen appliances, appliance parts, supplies, installation, and related service. The commercial scope includes dishwashers, gas stoves, refrigerators, freezers, serving lines, sinks, grills, fryers, stainless-steel worktables, ice machines, steamers, convection ovens, tilt skillets, holding cabinets, proofing cabinets, reach-in coolers, walk-in cooler components, and exhaust hood components. The residential scope includes stoves, dishwashers, freezers, refrigerators, countertop appliances, garbage disposals, and stainless-steel worktables. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed quantities or dollar amount. Vendors must provide catalog or benchmark pricing, a discount or net-pricing response, and may be awarded work for delivery, installation, parts, warranty, and service. The solicitation requests information regarding technician qualifications, service response times, returns, product and installation warranties, parts sourcing and lead times, damaged equipment, and applicable fees. The contract may be awarded to multiple vendors and may be used by participating school districts under stated interlocal arrangements.
