Description
The Seminole Tribe of Florida's Housing Department is soliciting bids for fence installation at 6330 Donna Drive, Hollywood, Florida. The work includes demolition and disposal of existing fencing; installation of six-foot cream/beige PVC fencing; installation of five- and six-foot cream/beige faux-stone fencing with concrete footers, framing, substrate, stucco, panels, adhesive, and capstones; and installation of two five-foot-wide PVC pedestrian gate returns with associated hardware. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, utility locates, permits, inspections, and daily cleanup. Bidders must hold an applicable Florida or county contractor license, have at least four years of similar experience, maintain required insurance, and attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. The bid package requires the designated exhibits, including a schedule of values, proposed subcontractor list, project schedule, drug-free workplace form, and conditional acknowledgment of addenda. Services must begin within 20 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed and be completed within 12 calendar days.
