Description
SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase vascular access introducer kits and sets under its discretionary purchasing authority, without a formal competitive process or sealed bid. Vendors may propose the specified products or equivalent products; equivalent offerings must include free supporting documentation and product for examination, demonstration, and trial. The successful contractor must submit valid and current New York State workers’ compensation and disability forms and complete applicable vendor-responsibility, lobbying-law, and New York State tax-law documents. No solicitation documents have been uploaded; interested vendors must contact the designated hospital contact to obtain quote specifications or discuss the opportunity.
