Description
The City of Chattanooga is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Brainerd Manor Pump Station Fence Enclosure under Contract Number W-26-005-201. The work includes 18-inch-diameter concrete pier footings, pressure-treated lumber meeting AWPA UC4B requirements for posts and UC3B requirements for framing, specified hardware, a custom 12-foot dual-leaf gate matching the adjacent garage, and miscellaneous work required to construct the wood slat fence. Bidders must be licensed under the Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. Only paper bids will be accepted; submissions through the Supplier Portal will not be accepted. Contract documents may be obtained by purchasing a set for a nonrefundable $50 deposit. Addendum 1 changes the pre-bid meeting location to the Administration Building on the Moccasin Bend Campus and requires bidders to acknowledge receipt on the Bid Form.
