Description
The City of Chickamauga is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals from consultants with demonstrated experience assisting local governments with federally funded community and economic development projects. The selected firm will provide grant administration, regulatory compliance, reporting, procurement assistance, environmental review coordination, and related grant management services for the city's U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Project Funding grant. Potential additional services include grant writing, compliance monitoring, labor standards compliance, Build America, Buy America compliance, closeout services, and support for other state and federally funded programs, including CDBG, RDF, CHIP, HOME, EIP, EDA, ARC, USDA, EPA, and HUD programs. Proposals must address the firm's history and resources, relevant experience, capacity, workload, proposed scope and service level, similar projects and references, fees, and the required Statement of Qualifications Form. Section 3 Business Concern documentation is required only if the proposer claims that status. Firms may be reconsidered for future project-based opportunities during the next two to three years.
