The Alabama Army National Guard is soliciting bids for general pest control services at the Ft. Brassell Readiness Center located at 3614 So Railroad St, Phenix City, Alabama. The facility comprises 14,452 square feet with supporting buildings totaling 9,462 square feet. Services include control of rodents, crawling insects, and flying insects, but exclude termite treatment. The contract period is from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027, with quarterly billing and payment in arrears.
