Description
The contractor shall furnish one new, commercially available advanced life support monitor/defibrillator system with a rechargeable battery pack and all accessories required for operational use, including cables, electrodes, patient-monitoring components, AC power supply, manuals, and applicable software licenses. Required capabilities include manual and automated defibrillation, synchronized cardioversion, external transcutaneous pacing, CPR-quality feedback, ECG and arrhythmia monitoring, pulse oximetry, end-tidal CO2, non-invasive blood pressure monitoring, data storage and export, pediatric capability, and operation on rechargeable batteries or AC power. The contractor shall provide initial clinical application training for hospital staff, the manufacturer's standard parts-and-labor warranty, and installation and functional testing if applicable. The equipment must comply with applicable FDA requirements and current American Heart Association guidelines. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical capability.
