Description
The North Orange County Community College District is soliciting a lump-sum construction bid for a new elevator tower at Fullerton College. The scope includes demolition of an existing cart storage structure and bridge, construction of a new elevator tower with an equipment room, exterior stairs and platform connecting to Building 100, a golf cart storage structure, site improvements, restroom accessibility upgrades, and a new drinking fountain. The work includes architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, accessibility, drainage, paving, and erosion-control components. The project requires a California Class B General Building Contractor license, current California Department of Industrial Relations registration for the bidder and listed subcontractors, prevailing-wage compliance, and a 10% bid security.
