Description
The City of Oroville is seeking experienced Class B contractors to perform construction services for its Housing Rehabilitation Program. This program focuses on rehabilitating owner-occupied single-family dwellings. Interested firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered for placement on a prequalified contractor bid list. Bids for individual rehab projects will be evaluated based on factors including licensing, experience, staffing, insurance, and availability. Qualified contractors will receive invitations to bid on projects as they become available, along with project scopes, specifications, and bid documents. They will be responsible for coordinating all construction work and executing contracts with property owners. Compliance with Federal and/or State prevailing wage requirements may be applicable. To participate, firms must submit an SOQ via email to steve@fawcettenterprises.com. The SOQ should include comprehensive information about the firm, its licenses, certifications, insurance coverage, experience, and references. This RFQ will remain open and active until retracted.
