Description
The Port of Port Townsend is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide on-call, task order-based civil engineering services. Work may include design and related engineering support for parking lots, boatyards, trails, roadways, driveways, underground utilities, stormwater treatment facilities, commercial development, grading, retaining walls, paving, and similar projects. Services may also include construction management, bid process support, and on-site inspections. The Port may select up to two firms, with each receiving a contract not to exceed $150,000. The initial period of performance is two years from contract execution or until the contract amount is reached, whichever occurs first, with up to two additional one-year extensions at the Port's option. Statements of Qualifications must identify the prime consultant, key personnel, relevant past projects and references, and the firm's qualifications and experience with government entities and applicable civil engineering work.
