Description
The City of Belding is soliciting bids for a major renovation of the entire first floor of its new City Hall at an existing two-story building. The work includes electrical lighting and power, plumbing, and HVAC improvements. HVAC work includes replacing the existing central-station air-handling unit with a packaged rooftop unit on new structural support steel, replacing first-floor zone boxes with single-duct VAV boxes with hot-water reheat, adding a heating hot-water distribution system connected to the existing boiler, and installing new DDC temperature controls.
