Description
The Town of Weston, acting through its Select Board in consultation with the Riverside Housing Working Group, is requesting proposals under M.G.L. c. 30B from qualified developers for housing development on a 1.35-acre parcel shown on Weston Assessor's Map 53 as Parcel 21, located at the end of Riverside Road and identified as Parcel 53-21. The property will be conveyed to the successful developer at the proposed price, subject to Select Board approval, and will be sold in “AS-IS” condition. Each submission must include two sealed envelopes: one containing the price proposal and one containing the non-price/technical proposal and all other materials. Submissions must also include two USB flash drives containing only the non-price proposal; the non-price proposal must not reference the proposed price. Both envelopes must be clearly marked. The Town will select the most advantageous responsive and responsible proposal based on the stated evaluation criteria and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or cancel the conveyance.
