Description
This solicitation is for the procurement and delivery of a commercial wheeled excavator with attachments to support operations at USAG Bavaria (Garmisch). The equipment must meet specific technical specifications detailed in Attachment 1, including a Stage V compliant engine, a high-performance hydraulic system, and a comfortable, modern cab. Various attachments are also requested, such as a tiltrotator, digging buckets, a forestry mulcher, a stump grinder, and a demolition grapple. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Delivery is expected within 90 days after award, with a proposed delivery month of November 2026.
