Description
The Town seeks bids for general electrical repairs, maintenance, and services; general plumbing repairs, maintenance, and services; and general well work repairs, maintenance, and services for the stated contract period. Work will be performed on a time-and-materials basis using prevailing wages. Bidders must submit journeyman and helper hourly rates and a markup from wholesale material prices; the Town may supply materials when it deems appropriate. Appropriate licenses, certifications, insurance, and references are required, with references included in the bid submission. The lowest labor rates and materials markup are identified as the basis for selection.
