Description
Cook County Government, through the Cook County Sheriff's Office, is seeking a comprehensive real-time heart rate monitoring system for up to 750 individuals in custody, including 50 replacement sensors and bands. The solution must include ruggedized, tamper-resistant wearable biosensors and bands; charging equipment; wireless gateways; 20 tablet devices; administrative and monitoring software; cloud services; licenses; analytics; alerts; reporting; secure authentication; and integration with the Sheriff's Office Jail Management System. The system must monitor heart rate, heart rate variability, and motion, support continuous monitoring, provide configurable alerts and data retention, and comply with applicable CJIS, HIPAA, Illinois PIPA, and BIPA requirements. The scope also includes implementation, configuration, data integration or migration, installation materials and labor, testing, training, knowledge transfer, deployment, maintenance, support, warranties, and ongoing software updates. Proposals must address solution architecture, security, hosting, business continuity, support service levels, equipment specifications, user manuals, warranty documentation, and installation requirements. The County intends to enter into a five-year agreement with two one-year renewal options.
