The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health is hosting an informational webinar on October 15, 2026, and a two-day Proposers' Day on November 6 and 9, 2026, to introduce the Simulation-augmented, Real-time Platform Adaptive Seamless Trials (SURPASS) program. The program seeks Core Platform Teams to develop persistent, multi-arm clinical trial platforms combining simulation-based design, in silico modeling, artificial intelligence-enabled operations, continuous inference, and adaptive trial designs. The events are intended to explain the program's goals, scope, timeline, and scale and to facilitate potential teaming and collaboration. Attendance is optional and does not constitute a proposal submission requirement. Participants may optionally submit a teaming profile, present one PowerPoint or PDF slide during a Lightning Talk, or display a poster during the in-person session; the teaming profile and event registration are handled through specified online forms and registration sites.
