The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to restrict competition and issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price delivery order under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule for Palantir platform solutions supporting its Contracts 360 financial review workflow. The requirement includes specialized software licenses, configuration services, integration support, and operational capabilities needed to continue the design and full deployment of the workflow tool. The platform is intended to support fund allocation and oversight through rapid review, budget tracking and approval, real-time data-line history and exposure adjustments, data integration, automated data lineage for auditability and compliance, and oversight of potential contract consolidation.
