Description
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health is soliciting solution summaries and, for eligible proposers, full proposals from early-career investigators and their organizations for innovative biomedical, health, and community-engaged research and development. Proposers must select one of 16 specified topic areas, identify one eligible project lead, and first submit an anonymized solution summary before a full proposal. The research must address a revolutionary, high-impact advance rather than an evolutionary improvement to existing practice. Full proposals must include the required Technical and Management Proposal, Task Description Document, Milestone Payment Schedule, and Administrative and National Policy Requirements Document. The full proposal must also include an official organizational letter of support. Awards are anticipated as multiple Other Transaction agreements covering a 24-month base period, with a possible 12-month Director’s Award option. The base period is capped at $700,000, and the optional period is capped at $350,000, for a maximum potential award value of $1,050,000. Selected performers must budget for annual in-person meetings, annual networking events or workshops, and monthly virtual status meetings.
