Description
The City of Bossier City seeks removal and disposal of one existing walk-in cooler and one existing walk-in freezer, followed by supply and installation of new units. The work includes associated electrical and HVAC components, lighting, refrigerant, line sets, repairs or modifications, and other materials needed to deliver ready-to-use units. Bidders must respond to each specification and identify any deviations; unapproved substitutions may be disqualified. The bid must include product warranty information, at least a one-year workmanship warranty, and estimated order-to-completion and equipment-downtime periods. Award consideration includes price, warranty, and time to complete.
