Description
The Town of Surfside Beach is soliciting bids for the construction of a new, single-story Town Council and Courtroom building, approximately 6,000 square feet. The project includes adherence to detailed plans and specifications provided in the bid documents. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM on-site at the Town campus, located at 115 Hwy 17 North (former town hall site). The deadline for submitting questions to the architect is July 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with answers to be provided via addenda posted on the town website. Bids will be publicly opened on July 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Town Hall, located at 210 Hwy 17 South, Surfside Beach, SC 29575. Bidders must possess a South Carolina Contractor's license. A bid bond or a deposit of 5% of the bid price is required.
