Description
The New York State Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for crack sealing and mastic services to be performed at various locations throughout Columbia, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster, and Westchester Counties. This is an open bidding opportunity, and sealed bids will be accepted until 10:30 AM on Thursday, July 16, 2026. Bids can be submitted in person at the Office of Contract Management in Albany, NY, or electronically via www.bidx.com. A bid bond of 5% of the bid total is required. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All amendments will be posted to www.dot.ny.gov/doing-business/opportunities/const-notices, and contractors are responsible for incorporating them into their bids. The solicitation also includes a notification process for amendments via email upon request to be placed on the Planholders List.
