Description
The City seeks statements of qualifications from firms to provide annual stormwater engineering and related professional services. The scope includes site investigations and surveying; stormwater modeling; hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and drainage-system design; stormwater management and pump-station design; permitting and grant assistance; plan review, cost estimating, project management support, and preparation of construction documents. Work will be authorized through individual work orders, with no guaranteed workload. The response should demonstrate relevant firm and project experience, key personnel qualifications, technical approach, work planning, staffing, quality controls, and communication practices. The solicitation requests at least five comparable project references from the past five years. The contract is for a 12-month initial term, with up to three annual renewals by mutual agreement. The sample contract states annual expenditures may not exceed $10 million and individual work orders may not exceed $2.5 million.
