Description
This is a sources-sought market research notice, not a request for proposals or bids. The agency is assessing firms’ capability and industry interest for a planned construction project to repair taxiway pavements in two phases. Work described includes pavement removal and reconstruction, taxiway shoulders, infield grading, pavement markings, stormwater system upgrades, electrical circuit work, airfield lighting and, in Phase 3, unexploded ordnance cleanup. Phase 4 also includes completion of a compass rose. Responses must include the completed Contractor Information Form and Project Information Form, along with a capabilities statement. Firms should provide two to five relevant construction projects demonstrating the specified size, scope, and complexity; each project entry is limited to two pages. The notice also requests comments on potential use of a Project Labor Agreement using the attached questionnaire. The estimated project value is $250 million to $500 million. This notice does not commit the government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
