Description
Eastpointe High School, Inc. is seeking a service provider for bundled internet access and data transmission services with capacity from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps. The requested service includes installation and initial configuration, a leased router, all applicable taxes and fees, and the ability to upgrade bandwidth without extending the original contract term. Bidders must guarantee service delivery, provide separate pricing for eligible and ineligible products or services, comply with the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price Rule and national security supply-chain restrictions, and use SPI invoicing. Budgetary quotes and vendor price lists will not be considered. The procurement is not a formal sealed bid or RFP process, and bids must specifically address the requested services.
