Description
Workforce Resource, Inc. dba Workforce Solutions North Texas (WSNT) is soliciting proposals for fiscal monitoring and integrity review services. These services are crucial for ensuring WSNT's compliance with obligations under contracts with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). The reviews will focus on ensuring that program resources are expended on reasonable, necessary, and allowable activities, are used efficiently and effectively, are protected from waste, fraud, and abuse, and that reliable financial information is captured and reported in adherence to applicable laws and regulations. The scope of work includes developing a risk assessment tool and fiscal monitoring plan, providing technical assistance, and developing reporting and resolution processes. Services will primarily be performed remotely. Fiscal integrity reviews must be completed before mid-September 2027. The initial contract will be for one year, with the possibility of four one-year renewals.
