Description
The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration, seeks a qualified licensed consultant to assess the feasibility of future wireless communications installations at two Town-owned water storage tank sites: 50 Main Street in Siasconset and 43 Polpis Road in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The work includes on-site assessments; structural and loading analysis; utility, access, maintenance, water-supply protection, regulatory, and permitting evaluations; conceptual feasibility exhibits; and site-specific recommendations and restrictions for a future telecommunications solicitation and lease. The study is not final design or engineering for a future installation. The consultant must provide a comprehensive final report and present its findings to the Town. Proposals require a technical proposal, separate price proposal, qualifications and experience information, personnel information, work plan and timeline, project references, proof of financial stability, proof of insurance, and specified certifications and forms. The contract term is one year, from January 1 through December 31, 2027.
