Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health seeks a supplier to provide general pest-control services at the Russell County Health Department. The scope includes indoor and outdoor treatment for roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, spiders, and other pests, with monthly service and recalls as needed at no additional charge. Termite inspection and treatment are excluded. The supplier must leave an invoice and service report at each service visit, with payment made in arrears. The initial contract period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with renewal options for up to five years and a total cost not to exceed $25,000. A site visit is strongly encouraged and available by appointment.
