Description
The Oregon Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs, is requesting proposals for construction manager/general contractor services for the Roseburg Veterans' Home. The project will construct approximately 125,000-135,000 square feet of small-house-style facilities containing 154 single-occupancy skilled nursing beds on a 14-acre site. The CM/GC partner will support collaborative delivery, value engineering, constructability review, and integrated design and construction management. Preliminary work, including schematic design, site layout, and initial federal grant submission, is complete; wetlands have been identified for mitigation and design is progressing through development. The project is a public improvement subject to applicable Oregon public contracting, prevailing wage, Buy America, and administrative requirements. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required for proposal evaluation.
