Description
BakerRipley is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive multifunction-device and desktop-printer program covering equipment leasing, delivery, installation, configuration, maintenance, repairs, supplies, training, technical support, and fleet management. The requested equipment includes new networked multifunction devices and desktop printers with printing, copying, scanning, faxing, secure-print, output-control, color, duplexing, finishing, and 11-by-17 capabilities. The solution must support security features such as encrypted hard-drive storage, image overwriting, secure erasure, Active Directory authentication, SMB file-share authentication, and data-destruction reporting. The vendor must provide toner and staples, OEM black-and-white toner, preventive maintenance, firmware and security updates, an online customer portal, quarterly workflow reports, loaner equipment when repairs exceed two business days, on-site training, and service response within one hour with on-site attendance within 24 hours when remote resolution is not possible. The contract may include added or removed locations and equipment, has a term of up to five years, and may be renewed for up to four one-year periods. BakerRipley permits subcontracted technicians with vendor responsibility, but subcontracting requires agency approval. Proposals must include the completed vendor-response packet, Excel bid sheet, and a single PDF containing the ten required signed forms and supporting materials.
