Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, preventive maintenance, testing, and corrective repairs for generator equipment at STA/ANT Buffalo. The work includes maintenance of a Kohler KG200 emergency generator and automatic transfer switch, generator run testing, inspections, oil and filter service, fuel and cooling-system checks, troubleshooting, repair estimates, and authorized corrective repairs. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, tools, supplies, safety compliance, quality control, maintenance scheduling, and monthly progress and maintenance reports. The requirement is structured as a one-year base period with four 12-month option years. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside, with an estimated procurement range of $25,000 to $100,000. Quotations must include the completed solicitation package, SF 1449, pricing information, UEI, taxpayer identification number, CAGE code, and the required reference information; the quote and required documents must be emailed to the contracting specialist or contracting officer identified in the solicitation.
